The dates in this rate schedule represent the start of a new rate cycle. The new
rates go into effect on the dates listed here and are in effect until the next date
on the schedule.

* - If fewer than three nights are reserved, the daily rate for Units 1,2,3,6,and 7 will be $125 and the daily rate for Units 4,5, and 8 will be $135.
NOTE: A charge of $15 per day for each adult in addition to the first two adults will be added to all room fees. A refundable deposit of $100 will be
required at the time of booking all daily reservations of two days or more. A refundable deposit of $200 will be required for all weekly reservations.
For reservation cancellations prior to six weeks before the start of the reservation, deposits will be fully refunded. For reservation cancellations
within 3 to 6 weeks prior to the start of the reservation, deposits will be refunded 50%. Deposits for any reservation cancellation within 3 weeks
prior to the start of the reservation will not be refunded.
NOTE: Check in time is 1:00 p.m. Check out time is 9:00 a.m. An additional charge of $20 per hour for each hour after the 9:00 a.m. check out time
will be added to the daily or weekly rate.
Boat Rental Rates
Fishing boat - $75 per day or $300 per week plus $25 for the first 6 gallons of fuel.
Pontoon boat for Grand View guests - $100 per day or $400 per week plus $50 for the first 12 gallons of fuel.
Pontoon boat for other customers - $150 per day or $500 per week plus $50 for the first 12 gallons of fuel.
Paddleboat - $50 per day.
All boat rentals subject to $150 refundable deposit.
